When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, card details and billing country to process the payment. We receive your name, email and the order details. We do not receive your card number.
If you ask for the free shoulder check, we keep the email address you type, the date, and the country your visit came from (as reported by our hosting provider).
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Only to deliver the guide, answer your questions, send a receipt and process refunds. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
If you join the list for the free shoulder check, we will email you when the full guide opens and, now and then, a gentle movement tip. To leave the list, reply "remove" to any email or write to us, and we delete your address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
